Dr. Norman Hutchins, visionary, humanitarian and trendsetter is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Frontline Ministries, Inc. of Dover, Delaware.
Born in Kinston, North Carolina Dr. Hutchins moved to the state of Delaware where he was called to ministry at the tender age of 8 and licensed as a minister at the age of 12. By the age of 19, he relocated to Los Angeles, California where he received his Bachelors degree from The Ministerial Theological Training Institute; a Master of Divinity degree in Biblical Counseling from Liberty University and his Doctorate degree in Church Administration.
In 1989 Dr. Hutchins became a member of West Angeles Church of God in Christ in Los Angeles. There he served as Director of Social Services, Executive Minister of Music and State Minister of Music under the leadership of Bishop Charles E. Blake, Presiding Bishop of the Churches of God in Christ.
Launching his career as a national recording artist in 1990, he has recorded some of gospel's noted songs like "Emmanuel", "God's Gotta Blessing with My Name on It", "Jesus I Love You", and his signature song "Battlefield".
He is currently pastoring Frontline Ministries of Dover, Delaware, a church that he and his wife (Karen Hutchins) birthed in 2003. He has now been preaching for 50 years and pastoring for 25 years.
Dr. Hutchins has always been a servant on the front line. His purpose is to glorify God, evangelize the lost and edify the body of Christ. His motto is, "The worst is over and the best is yet to come!!"
